MCH Integration Toolkits
In an effort to better assist local communities in serving their Maternal and Child Health (MCH) population, Integration Toolkits are being developed for identified priority areas in the Kansas Title V Maternal and Child Health State Action Plan. These toolkits are being created through the work of many state and local partners with a shared interest in providing coordinated and comprehensive services to women before, during and after pregnancy. Integration Toolkits are resources brought together into one centralized location to assist you in your work around these targeted Title V priorities. Resources include the latest research, recommendations, opinion statements and practice guidelines, as well as numerous tools, templates, and training opportunities. Toolkits are based on sound research and recommendations from leading experts in the field. They are intended for your use in the public health setting, as well as being shared with community partners and providers who are serving the same MCH population across different settings. Through collaborative efforts focused on targeted interventions, we can begin improving outcomes for the MCH population in local communities and across the state, leading to greater collective impact.
