Kansas Rural Health Information Service
Welcome, and thank you for visiting the Kansas Rural Health Information Service – KRHIS.
What is KRHIS?
KRHIS provides updates on news in the Bureau of Community Health Systems and on rural health issues affecting Kansas. KRHIS is open to public and is free to use. Users can register on-line to receive email notices of a broad range of health issues and can search an on-line database of health information.
What is included in KRHIS?
KRHIS is designed to provide a variety of useful information. Information areas include:
- Grants, Funding & Federal Updates
- Policy, Regulation & Reimbursement
- Education & Training
- Recruitment & Retention
- and much, much more! (information is NOT limited to rural topics and issues)
How does KRHIS work?
It is important to note that KRHIS is not a standard electronic mailing list! When you register, you will be asked to decide what kind of information you want to receive from a range of categories.
You can choose as many or as few categories as you want, so that you will receive only those notices that are of specific interest to you. Registration is fast and easy. The information you provide is treated with utmost confidentiality, and is not provided to any third parties.
