Hospitals - State Network Council The State Network Council (SNC), a long-standing group comprised of representatives of CAHs and Supporting Hospitals, plays a central role in all network development and support activities. The SNC meets on a regular basis to provide a forum for program issues, assessment, and policy guidance, including recommending criteria for network membership, identifying areas of network development and KRHOP operations requiring technical assistance, advising the state on policy issues relating to network implementation and CAH/Supporting Hospital and other provider linkages, providing an avenue for the exchange of ideas and the experience of individual networks and CAHs, formulating recommendations relating to integration and regionalization of health care services, and coordinating network development activities with broader statewide health initiatives.
