Boil Water Advisory Rescinded for City of Buffalo in Wilson Co.

TOPEKA, Kan. – The boil water advisory for the City of Buffalo in Wilson County has been lifted. The advisory was issued by the city on Oct. 7 because of a planned loss of pressure in the water system due to a scheduled maintenance event.

Laboratory testing on samples collected following the event indicate no evidence of contamination, and all other conditions that may have placed the system at risk of contamination are deemed by KDHE officials to be resolved.
