Boil Water Advisory Rescinded for Rural Water District No. 12 in Wilson Co.

TOPEKA, Kan. - The Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) has rescinded the boil water advisory for Rural Water District (RWD) No. 12, located in Wilson County.

The boil water advisory was issued on July 30 because of a loss of pressure in the water system due to a water main break. Laboratory testing on samples collected indicate no evidence of contamination, and all other conditions that placed the system at risk of contamination are deemed by KDHE officials to be resolved.
