Boil Water Advisory Rescinded for Waterville

The Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) has rescinded the boil water advisory for the city of Waterville, which is located in Marshall County.

KDHE issued the advisory on June 30 due to a water main break which caused a loss of pressure to the water distribution system. Laboratory testing on samples collected indicate no evidence of contamination, and all other conditions that place the system at risk of contamination are deemed by KDHE officials to be resolved.
