KDHE Dismisses Suspension Order Against Day Care Home in Salina

The Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) has dismissed an Emergency Order of Suspension issued on August 13 against Miranda’s House Day Care Home, a registered day care home operated by Lisa Raelyn Hartman at 1009 N. 12 th St. in Salina.

The alleged matters prompting the issuance of the earlier order have been substantially resolved. KDHE had issued the suspension order as a precaution to ensure the safety of children pending the outcome of its investigation, which has now been concluded. The day care home may once again have children in care and resume operations.
