MEDIA ADVISORY: Boil Water Advisories for Conway Springs
And Viola Have Been Rescinded
The Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) has rescinded the boil water advisories
for the cities of Conway Springs and Viola. These advisories were issued November 3 and have been
rescinded effective November 4 and 6, respectively.
Repairs to these water systems have been completed. Laboratory testing indicates no evidence
of contamination, and all other conditions that place the systems at risk of contamination are
deemed by KDHE officials to be resolved.
