KDHE Kicks Off 'Get Caught Recycling' Campaign
News Conference, Mon. Nov. 21, 10 a.m.,
Curtis Building, 5th Floor, 1000 SW Jackson, Topeka
During a news conference on Monday, Nov. 21 at 10 a.m. in Topeka, the Kansas Department of
Health and Environment (KDHE) will announce the launch of an exciting new campaign, to be seen
statewide in the coming weeks, called 'Get Caught Recycling.'
The public awareness campaign features prominent Kansans 'caught' in the act of recycling
including a veteran broadcaster, a former governor, and two former college basketball stars. Local
heroes from several communities across the state will also be featured in the campaign.
Some of the Kansans featured in the PSAs will also be attending the news conference where
the details of the campaign will be announced.
The news conference will be at KDHE in the Curtis Building (5th floor) at 1000 SW Jackson,
in Topeka.
