2001 Food License Renewal Notices to be Mailed Nov. 15-20
The Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) 2001 food service license renewal notices will be mailed to currently licensed operators November 15-20, 2000. Food service establishment licenses may be renewed at the current fee rate of $100.
Operators who fail to pay license renewal fees before January 1, 2001, must pay a $10 penalty in addition to the regular renewal fee. If the renewal fee and license application are not received by January 31, 2001, operators must re-apply for a license and pay the additional application fee of $100. After fees have been paid, licenses will be mailed in February 2001.
Lodging license renewal notices for 2001 were mailed to currently licensed operators October 24, 2000.
