State Lifts Admissions Prohibition at Waterfront Inn Assisted
Living
The Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) has issued an order lifting a prohibition on new admissions to Waterfront Inn Assisted Living, 900 N. Bayshore Drive, Wichita. A follow-up inspection has shown that previously documented deficiencies at the facility have been corrected.
Those deficiencies had significantly and adversely impacted the health, safety,
nutrition or sanitation at the facility. The lifting of the
prohibition enables the facility to accept new residents.
