La Cumbia Night Club Fined
The Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) has issued an administrative order assessing a $1,500 fine against La Cumbia Night Club, 201 Commercial, Emporia, for operating a food service establishment without a license.
The violation has been documented in inspections conducted by authorized agents of the Secretary of KDHE.
State law allows the Director of the KDHE Division of Health to issue fines for violations of state regulations adopted pursuant to the Kansas Food Service and Lodging Act. The order is subject to appeal to the Secretary of Health and Environment.
