State Lifts Admissions Prohibition at Alterra Sterling House of Parkwood

The Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) has issued an order lifting a prohibition on new admissions to Alterra Sterling House of Parkwood, 401 Rochester, Pratt. A follow-up inspection has shown that previously documented deficiencies at the facility have been corrected.

Those deficiencies had significantly and adversely impacted the health, safety, nutrition or sanitation at the facility. The lifting of the prohibition enables the facility to accept new residents.
