KDHE Issues Notice of Intent to Suspend License for Casa Care Adult Services
The Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) has issued a Notice of Intent to suspend the home health agency license of Casa Care Adult Services, 1999 N. 77th St., Kansas City, Kan.
Numerous violations of state home health regulations, some repeated, were documented in a June 22 inspection of the facility.
State law authorizes the Secretary of Health and Environment to suspend the licence of any home health agency in Kansas which fails to substantially comply with regulations.
