State Lifts Admissions Ban at Wichita Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center
The Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) has issued an order lifting a ban on new admissions to Wichita Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, 932 N. Topeka St., Wichita. A follow-up inspection has shown that previously documented deficiencies at the facility have been corrected.
Those deficiencies had significantly and adversely impacted the health, safety, nutrition, or sanitation at the facility. The lifting of the ban enables the facility to accept new residents.
