Embassy Cinema Twin Fined
The Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) has issued an administrative order, assessing a $1,500 fine against Embassy Cinema Twin, 121 E. Sixth St., El Dorado, for operating a food service establishment without a license.
The violation has been documented by a food safety inspector.
State law allows the Director of the KDHE Division of Health to issue fines for violations of state regulations adopted pursuant to the Kansas Food Service and Lodging Act. The order is subject to appeal to the Secretary of Health and Environment.
