Beaver Creek Village, Inc. Fined $7,200
The Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) has issued an order assessing a $7,200 civil penalty against Beaver Creek Village, Inc., 950 W. 20th St., Milan, for violating state boarding care home regulations.KDHE staff inspected the facility on October 23 and 28 and determined that the facility failed to meet standards for management and for medical and dental services. The department determined the violation resulted in, caused, or posed serious physical harm to a resident.
