State Lifts Admissions Ban at Alzheimer's Center of Kansas City
The Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) has issued an order lifting a ban on new admissions to Alzheimer's Center of Kansas City, 6501 Greeley Ave., Kansas City, Kan. A follow-up inspection has shown that previously documented deficiencies at the facility have been corrected.
Those deficiencies had significantly and adversely impacted the health, safety, nutrition, or sanitation at the facility. The lifting of the ban enables the facility to accept new residents.
