Blasi Day Care Directed to Correct Water Problems

The Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) has issued an administrative order against Blasi Day Care, 11202 W. 39th St. S., Wichita. The order instructs the day care to take corrective actions to address problems with its water systems to ensure drinking water quality, and to pay a $720 fine for violating state public water supply regulations.

Blasi Day Care operates a non-transient, non-community public water supply as defined under state law.

The order is subject to appeal to the Secretary of Health and Environment.
