The Final documents to amend the 2009 Priority List and Intended Use Plan for the Kansas Water Pollution Control Revolving Fund to utilize the "stimulus funding" made available by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) have been developed, and are presented below. The public hearing to receive comment on the Amended 2009 IUP was held 10 A.M. March 23, 2009, in the Capitol Plaza Hotel in Topeka, Kansas.
A public hearing to discuss the FY 2009 Project Priority System and Project Priority List and FY 2009 Intended Use Plan was held November 5, 2008, in KDHE offices. The Final 2009 KWPCRF documents and Responsiveness Summary are presented below.
