Using filter paper makes lead testing faster and easier!
Before a provider can use filter paper, they must obtain an facility ID from the state lab, please call the lab to obtain this ID. After obtaining a facility ID, a provider can request filter paper and supplies if needed. The form to order filter paper and supplies is posted below, it also includes the lab's phone number in case you need to request a facility ID.
