NOTICE OF HEARING
- Due to inclement weather on the originally scheduled date, the public hearing for KAR 28-32-11, EBAT Device Certification Proposed Regulation, has been rescheduled to March 9, 2018 at 9:00 AM in the Azure Conference Room, fourth floor, Curtis State Office Building, 1000 S Jackson St. Topeka, KS. The public comment period is extended to 5:00 pm on the date of the rescheduled hearing. All other contacts as listed in the original publication remain the same.
