2016 Kansas Immunization Conference Registration Now Officially Open

Dear Colleagues,

Attached is the brochure and registration form for the 2016 Kansas Immunization Conference.  Registration is $75 again this year.  The Registration Fee includes conference materials, two lunches and refreshments during breaks. The early registration deadline is May 27, 2016, after which, registration will be taken at the conference for a cost of $100.00.

This year’s conference will be an exciting opportunity to hear the latest related to immunizations as well as specifically hearing from many partners and colleagues about the work they are doing in their own practices that may also offer new successes to your practice. We will also be including an awards luncheon this year to honor many in Kansas who are excelling in our common cause to immunize against vaccine preventable diseases.

You may mail your registration forms as directed on the brochure or you may also quickly register online by clicking here.  We look forward to seeing you in Salina June 7 – 8, 2016. Note that on June 7th, there will be no conference activities other than vender booth set up and registration.  You are encouraged to visit the conference center between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM on the 7th to pick up your conference badge and materials to avoid the longer lines early in the morning on June 8th as the conference begins.
