Having trouble accessing the Web site?

1. From your browser window, click on the "Tools" menu.
2. From the "Tools" menu, click on "Internet Options".
3. From the "Internet Options" window, select the "Security" tab near the top of the window.
4. Within the "Security" tab, click on the "Custom Level" button.
5. Scroll all the way to the bottom of the "Custom Level" menu.
6. Find the option labeled "Allow websites to prompt for information using scripted windows". (It is usually the third option from the bottom.)
7. Click the "Enable" button directly below this option.
8. Click "OK" at the bottom of the window to save your changes.
9. Click "OK" (again) at the bottom of the window.
10. Access the website, and you should be able to get in.
