The Kansas HIV/AIDS Section contracts with County Health Departments (CHDs) and Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) to implement, develop, and evaluate HIV prevention interventions (e.g., street outreach, workshops, trainings, presentations) and capacity-building activities within their respective regions throughout Kansas. The HIV/AIDS Section provides contract oversight, program technical assistance, and evaluation coordination to funded contractors.
