New Medicare Cards Are Coming

When  you receive your new Medicare card, you will need to provide a copy of the card to the State Employee Health Plan. You can scan or photograph you new card and upload the image in your Member Portal at https://sehp.member.hrissuite.com/ . You will need to follow these steps:

  1. Scan or take a digital photograph of your new card and save it to your smart phone, tablet or computer. You will need to recall the location and file name of your image  in steps 3 and 4. Make sure the image is clear and readable.
     
  2. Log into the Member portal: https://sehp.member.hrissuite.com/. (This is where you make your open enrollment elections.)
     
  3. After you have logged in to the member portal, go to the bottom of the page and click on the blue Browse button, find the drive or location on your device where you saved the image in step 1 and click on it, then click Open.
     
  4. When the file name for your image is displayed click the green Upload Documents button which is located next to the blue “Browse” button.
     
  5. Once you have uploaded the copy of the card, please go to the Mid-Year Benefit Change tab and click on the blue Start A New Request button.
     
  6. On the next screen, click on the radio button next to Communication Form and then click in the box next to the statement that reads: I have read and agree to the User Agreement and Attestation and click the blue Continue button.
     
  7. 7The next screen is the Communication Form. Please type a note in the box stating that you have uploaded your new Medicare card so we can note your record.
