How to Check your Credits and HealthQuest

Rewards Status



Employees can verify their rewards status by logging into their secure account at www.KansasHealthQuest.com and clicking on the link from the left menu called “My Printable Credits Summary.”

This new Credits Summary Report includes:

  • Confirmation you’ve earned the incentive (sample screenshot below from a Test User shows $480 earned vs zero if you had not yet earned the reward, and both of the requirements are marked as completed)
  • First and last name
  • Report date
  • Full list of completed activities (not shown here)
  • Print button at the top

Once you’ve met the goal for the discount, we would recommend printing a copy of this report for your records.
