The HealthQuest Rewards Program is optional and employees and spouses are not required to participate to be covered under the health plan. There is no additional cost to employee’s premiums for not participating but they will be paying the base rate (undiscounted rate) for their insurance coverage.

Employees who have waived coverage as well as retirees and spouses who are enrolled in the medical portion of the SEHP may participate in HealthQuest programs but do not need to earn credits toward the premium incentive.
