Notes:	Medicaid eligibility was based solely on FPL (Federal Poverty Level) for this children aged 6 - 19: Kansas <= 100% Iowa <= 133% US <= 100%. The source did not allow for a 133% FPL cutoff so it was interpolated based on the 125% and 150% cutoffs.
