  • The web based emission inventory system uses a JAVA based program called Java Runtime Environment or JRE. To download the JRE install file, click here.

  NOTE: Newer versions of JAVA have caused KEISS to experience a massive delay in loading. If you are experiencing long delays check the version of JAVA you are running. If you are running a JAVA version above 1.6.0_11, you may need to uninstall the higher version and reinstall the version that we have linked above. Also, Java Runtime Environment JRE 1.4.6 has been known to cause problems and may need to be uninstalled.
