Program (PREP)
Program Purpose
The Personal Responsibility Education Program (PREP) is for the provision of evidence-based effective programming to adolescents on STDs, HIV/AIDS, Teen Pregnancy Prevention and Adulthood Preparation subjects. The fidelity of each program model must be maintained.
Reporting Requirements
Funded agencies are to submit progress reports at least bi-annually as requested and specified by the grantor and a quarterly financial affidavit. Data from program models should be entered using the database provided by KDHE.
