Bike for Discounts Program

About the Capital City Wellness (CCW) Bike for Discounts Program:
The CCW Bike for Discounts program is a community program designed to reward cyclists with incentives offered by local businesses. The program encourages healthy lifestyles and communities while promoting safe riding by increasing helmet usage among cyclists.

How it works:
Interested businesses call 296-8060 or e-mail arandles@kdheks.gov to sign up with their bike discount of choice.
Bicyclists pick up their free helmet stickers at the Capitol Midweek Market manager table starting May 16th, located at 1000 SW Jackson on Wednesday’s from 9:00 am -12:00 pm. Other locations where you can pick up your helmet sticker include: Capp’s Bike Shop (2917 SW Topeka Blvd # B), Great Plains Running Company (5967 SW 29th St # 250), and Jerry’s Bike Shop (1415 SW Lane).
Bicyclists will then adhere the sticker to their helmet and present their helmet to participating businesses to receive the discount.
