  • Resources For Kansas Schools
  • Training Opportunities for School Personnel
  • School Nurse Survey for the 2009-2010 school year.
    1. Print survey form. During the school year, gather the data requested in the survey.
    2. At the end of the 09-10 school year, each nurse will enter their data on line. This process should take less than 20 minutes to complete
    3. All school nurses that have any contact with the students need to complete the nurse survey.
    4. In April 2010, KDHE will provide a link to enter the data from the survey.

If you have questions about completing this survey or require further assistance, please contact Jane Stueve or Jamie Kim or call 785-296-1300.
